I hosted this Periscope session a little while back in an effort to reassure some of you who may be thinking about going out running for the first time. I talk about my own personal experience and how I started, as well as giving you some handy hints to help with your breathing and those inner voices which tell you to stop. I also share some top tips to help keep you motivated once you've taken that first step.
